“The WBC has been an integral part of my experience,” said community resident Jack Floyd, who also is a 2017 winner in the school's 25 Under 25 recognition program. Located on the fourth floor of WSU’s Ghafari Hall, the WBC offers an opportunity for a cohort of business students to live, learn and develop professional connections together right here on Wayne State’s main campus in the heart of Midtown Detroit. Space is limited, so students are encouraged to complete their housing applications as soon as possible. On-campus housing applications for fall 2017 are now open, and business students can indicate that they’d like to be considered for the WBC during that process. SPECIAL INCENTIVE: Students who earned both the fall 2017 $250 incentive AND the winter 2018 $250 incentive AND achieved a minimum overall 3.00 GPA, after both the fall 2017 and winter 2018 semesters, will receive $1,000 toward tuition and fees for the fall 2018 semester.Attended a minimum of one event sponsored by the Ilitch School Career Planning and Placement Office.Completed a minimum of 12 semester hours during the winter 2018 semester toward a business major and achieved a minimum 2.25 overall grade point average.$250 awarded toward tuition and fees at the end of the winter 2018 semester for meeting the following requirements:.
